All of our Strength PT sessions are coach led and based on a 4 week program so that you see progress weekly. STRONG is full body strength based and our new PFRFM sessions are a mixture of full body strength and fitness in one!

We're based at 333 Goring Road, Goring BN12 4NX
Sessions from Mon-Friday are either 6am or 6.30am with 7am/7.30am, 9am, 12pm and across the evenings 5pm/5.30pm, 6pm, 7pm. Saturdays we run sessions at 8.30am and 9.30am
All sessions are 45 minutes.
That's fine. You can book your schedule up to 7 days in advance.
You can start at any time although we are now limited on spaces so will soon go to a wait list.
Yes. We know it can be intimidating to join the gym. We run LAUNCH sessions every Saturday at 10.15am for new members.
Our packages start from £139 pm upwards. If you are looking for online coaching please drop us a message.
