We run 45 minute sessions because we know life is busy. You can come in, train and be home within the hour.

Where is the gym?

We're based at 333 Goring Road, Goring BN12 4NX

When can I train?

Sessions from Mon-Friday are either 6am or 6.30am with 7am/7.30am, 9am, 12pm and across the evenings 5pm/5.30pm, 6pm, 7pm. Saturdays we run sessions at 8.30am and 9.30am

How long is the training?

All sessions are 45 minutes.

What if I can't stick to the same days and times each week?

That's fine. You can book your schedule up to 7 days in advance.

When does it start?

You can start at any time although we are now limited on spaces so will soon go to a wait list.

How much is it?

Our memberships start from £159 pm upwards. If you are looking for online coaching please drop us a message.

Do I need to be fit already?

Not at all!
